The short version

Who we are

Airlie Pressure Hire is a family-run pressure washer hire business operated from 286 Sugarloaf Road, Riordanvale QLD, servicing the Whitsundays region.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries: when you call, text, email or use the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, suburb, the date you want and, if you give it, your email. We use these only to answer you and arrange your hire.
• Hire agreement: at pickup or delivery we sight your driver's licence or photo ID and write the number on a paper hire agreement. We do not photograph, scan or copy your ID, and the agreement is stored securely and used only if something goes wrong with the hire.
• Payments: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Square. Square handles your card details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card number. A card on file for damage authority is held by Square, not by us.
• Website: our site runs on WordPress and may use basic analytics and cookies to understand how people find us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing unless you have asked us something and we are replying.
• We do not keep copies of identity documents.

Storage and security

Digital records live in our business systems (email, Square) protected by passwords and standard security. Paper hire agreements are stored securely at our premises and destroyed once they are no longer needed for business or legal purposes.

Third parties we use

Square (payments), our website host, and Google Fonts (page display). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We share information with authorities only if the law requires it.

Your choices
